Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering from a recognized University.
- PMP or any other related certification is a plus
Experience: - 15-20 years’ experience preferably gained in a property developer or consultancy/construction
company.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Management:
o Oversee the planning, design, and execution of commercial real estate projects from
conception to completion.
o Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality
standards and regulatory requirements.
o Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and project partners to drive project
success.
Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects to
expand the company’s real estate portfolio.
o Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and industry partners to drive
revenue growth and enhance market presence.
Commercial Strategy:
o Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize asset performance, leasing activity,
and revenue generation.
o Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors to inform decisionmaking and identify growth opportunities.
Financial Management:
o Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for commercial real estate projects and
operations.
o Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions to achieve
financial targets and objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:
o Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals across technical,
commercial, and project management functions.
o Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability to drive employee engagement
and organizational success.
