Job Location: Kuwait (Onsite and Office)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative
-Understand and execute Mechanical Contract.
– Establish and maintain correct manning levels.
-Invoicing and reporting.
-Advise on any equipment and special tools required above the normal usage.
E. Establish progress, efficiency, and activity reporting procedures.
Operational
-Ensure that contractual obligations are complied with.
-Ensure that all safety regulations and government regulations pertaining to the employment of foreign
staff are complied with.
-Ensure that the execution maintenance priority complies with the Company’s requirement.
-Conduct feasibility studies as and when required.
-Establish and implement financial and manpower budgets for his group.
Liaison
-Co-ordinate maintenance program/Schedules with different Maintenance Divisions of Various MEW
Stations.
-Co-ordinate with security/safety and other department in Company (MEW authority).
Planning
-Organize the implementation of Rehabilitation/Repair works Schedules.
– Ensure the Availability of spares, Order tracking, Vendor communication for the spare parts as per Job
requirement
-Ensure that all documentation related to Rehabilitation/Repair works is updated monthly.
-Establish and implement a monitoring system to ensure that Rehabilitation/Repair schedules are
achieved.
– Ensure that backlogged work is rescheduled and cleared within a reasonable time limit.
– Organize and pre-plan shutdown work.
– Ensure that adequate workforce is available to carry out the work (Day to day, Shutdowns&
Modifications).
