Customer Co-ordinator

Educational Qualification & Other skills :

• B.A -English / BSc – Physics /Chem/Maths / Bcom / BBA.
• 3 – 4 + years of experience as a customer service / Customer co-ordination / back-office support representative
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Office software( working knowledge).
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage time efficiently

JOB Description :

• Managing customer service and co-ordination thru email, calls and meetings.
• Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures as per the product segment assigned.
• Offering excellent customer service thru prompt co-ordination.
• Promoting the vision of the organization.
• Work closely with other departments such as IT, Accounting, and HR to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
• Record and document customer issues.
• Monitor & work on SAP and technologies to improve customer experience, prompt responses.
• Process offers, tender bids & invoices in time
• Ensure proper time management and work ethics.
• Make internal sales, working between employees and supervisors and with upper management to ensure sales goals are met
• Take an active role in company-wide sales, marketing, and promotional efforts
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Process all customer returns, exchanges, and cancellations
