| QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE • Minimum undergraduate degree from a recognized university preferably in science related subjects. • Minimum 3 years of experience is Testing Inspection Certification sector. • Customer focused and Excellent time management skills. • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge. • Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email. • Abide by all non-compete/solicit agreements. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: Understanding and implementing ISO 9001:2015 requirements in daily work. Ensuring promotion of customer focus in all tasks. Ensuring that respective actions will be taken to deliver the quality objectives set for the year. Conversant & adhere to Group procedures for job execution: SOP’s – Specific Operating Procedures, Field Inspection Manual [Commercial & VOC], Data Sheets, Compliance code, IT policy, Safety & Security Manual, Dubai Quality Manual, Staff Handbook Ensuring that all activities within own area of responsibility are fulfilled in compliance with the rules, laws and procedures provided by the Company’s head office in various manuals (Operating Procedures) Download/apply standard forms saved in ISO\QA server to perform/execute operational functions for various contracts Ensure to follow file checklist. Conduct inspection as per IMS procedures |
