To direct and guide the organizational development and training team in ensuring timely completion of their activities, oversee various employee related HR activities carried out by reporting sections, formulate business strategies to assist management in taking appropriate action steps towards enhancing the organizational development function in line with policies and procedures set by the company
Initiates and directs the implementation of effective HR programs and policies relating to talent development and management initiatives, competitive compensation & benefit packages, employee relations and executive level recruitment.
- Oversee Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits and Training activities Identify and analyze market compensation trends by conducting periodic compensation & benefits surveys to ensure existing compensation structure is competitive and complies with the labour laws and regulations
- Review and recommend changes to GM – HR about existing compensation structure in consultation with respective stakeholders to ensure compliance with company’s overall strategic objectives and human resource policies
- Develop and implement Performance review, Monitoring, Measurement and improvement system for across the categories.
- Assist in the recruitment of key Senior / Top Management personnel to the company to ensure high quality talent is recruited and is in line with the company’s compensation and benefits program and talent acquisition program
Lead the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a skills inventory to assist in human resource planning and identification of learning needs
|MINIMUM EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS|
|Education − Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, master’s degree is preferable − Certification in Human Resource Management |
15 to 20 years of significant experience in HRD & organization development function, preferably in the construction/Oil and Gas industry
