ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Direct the work of personnel in his charge; administer requisitions for Rehabilitation/Repair
supplies, special tools, and equipment, maintain history records of equipment. Co-ordinate work
functions of subordinate staff. Monitor workplaces under his jurisdiction to ensure safe working
conditions. Organize / Implement Rehabilitation/Repair of all equipment under his jurisdiction to
meet Contractual goals.
-Planning of major overhauls on critical equipment and direct subordinate staff.
-Assist in Preparing forecast report for spares, special tools and manpower.
-Carry out equipment reliability studies and performance evaluation.
-Analyze and monitor the performance efficiency of the work and prepare failure analysis report as
required.
-Be able to make quick and sound decisions and to decide on necessity to replace or repair parts.
-Be capable of group communication to direct and control work he is responsible for.
– Preparation various monitoring forms, minutes, reports, letters etc.
-Implementation of work procedures & standards.
